Job summary

O'Donoghue & O'Donoghue LLP, one of the oldest and largest union-side labor and employee benefits firms, seeks an experienced Labor Law Associate for our Washington, DC or Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of union-side labor law experience and strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include advising and representing unions in organizing campaigns, administering internal affairs, and representing unions in litigation, arbitrations, and other forums.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with excellent writing, analytical and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent unions on organizing campaigns, internal affairs, and litigation/arbitrations.
• Represent unions in hearings and proceedings before relevant bodies; NLRB experience is a plus.
