This in-office role requires handling confidential payroll data and responding to employee inquiries. Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of union payroll experience, strong knowledge of CBAs, and excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of union payroll processing experience.
• Experience interpreting and applying CBAs and prevailing wage rules.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll data.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly union payroll accurately and timely.
• Interpret and apply CBAs, union payroll regulations and prevailing wage requirements.
• Prepare union benefit reports and payments.
• Reconcile payroll registers, taxes, deductions and benefit contributions.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Support audits and reporting requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
