Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Union payroll experience required.
• Multi-state payroll and payroll tax experience with emphasis on California.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems (Gusto, Paylocity, etc.).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, retroactive payments, and salary adjustments.
• Administer union payroll in accordance with CBAs and pay/wage rates.
• Maintain payroll records and employee earnings histories; generate reports.
