Qualifications

• Experience handling payroll in a union or labor-intensive environment.
• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and prevailing wage rules.
• Familiarity with certified payroll reporting and related audits.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate payroll for union and non-union employees across locations.
• Administer union payroll including wage rates, fringe benefits, dues, and contributions.
• Ensure compliance with CBAs, prevailing wage regulations, and payroll laws.
• Prepare certified payroll reports and support audits and compliance reviews.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while keeping records current.
