Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume union environment.
• Experience with ADP Vantage or similar systems.
• Knowledge of CBAs and union payroll rules.
• Experience with multiple payroll frequencies.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume payroll cycles: weekly for frontline staff and semi-monthly for corporate staff.
• Administer payroll within ADP Vantage, including data validation, auditing, and reconciliation.
• Interpret and apply over 600 CBAs to ensure proper pay calculations.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy including timekeeping inputs, wage rates, taxes, and deductions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Partner with HR, Labor Relations, and Operations for compliance.
• Maintain compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Support payroll reporting and analysis.
• Assist with system updates and enhancements in ADP Vantage.
• Document payroll processes and maintain audit-ready records.
