Job summary

Craftworks USA, a subsidiary of Rycon Construction, seeks Union Metal Fabricators for its Casework and Millwork division in Oakdale, PA. You will TIG weld stainless, mild steel, and aluminum; measure, fit, weld, grind, and sand weldments for powder coating or decorative finishes.

You will use a variety of metalworking tools, collaborate with shop leadership, and support diverse custom metal projects for commercial interiors and architectural features.

Qualifications

• TIG welding experience across stainless, mild steel, and aluminum.
• Hands‑on experience producing finished weldments—from fit‑up to final prep.
• Strong understanding of grinding, sanding, and shaping techniques.
• Comfort using common metal shop tools and equipment.
• A commitment to craftsmanship and pride in producing clean, accurate work.
• A willingness to take direction and to learn.

Responsibilities

• TIG weld stainless steel, mild steel, and occasionally aluminum with consistency and control.
• Measure, fit, weld, grind, and sand weldments to create clean, finished parts ready for powder coating or other decorative finishes.
• Work with a variety of metalworking tools and light‑duty machinery.
• Collaborate with shop leadership to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe work practices.
• Support a wide range of custom metal projects for commercial interiors, architectural features, and specialty fabrication.

We are seeking Union Metal Fabricators — Interior Metals Division at our Casework and Millwork division located in Oakdale, PA.

What You Will Do:

• TIG weld stainless steel, mild steel, and occasionally aluminum with consistency and control
• Measure, fit, weld, grind, and sand weldments to create clean, finished parts ready for powder coating or other decorative finishes
• Work with a variety of metalworking tools and light‑duty machinery, including (but not limited to):

  • Chop saw
• Collaborate with shop leadership to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe work practices

What You Bring
