Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escorts patients to exam rooms and records vital signs/medication list.
• Monitors patient flow and assists physicians with minor procedures.
• Performs EKGs and prepares patient charts with pertinent medical information.
• Schedules diagnostic tests ordered by the physician and supports clerical duties.
• Maintains infection control standards and a safe environment.
• Records patient information in chart/EHR per Joint Commission standards.
• Provides coverage for co-workers and coordinates status updates.
