Job summary

Hanker Systems, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Beverly Hills clinic. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting providers with patient rooming, vital signs, med admin, and immunizations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of outpatient clinic experience, a DAPIP-accredited MA diploma, a High School diploma or GED, and a current BLS certification. Strong venipuncture skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinic experience.
• Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross only).
• Strong venipuncture and blood draw skills.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider examinations.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Record patient histories, medications, and allergies.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed.
• Conduct 12-lead EKGs.
• Review lab results and assist with follow-up care.
• Support telephone triage and patient communications.
• Coordinate prescription refill requests and pharmacy communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
