Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety standards and building codes.
• Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair control systems and related instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to CBRE RISE values.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, service, and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems for HVAC and refrigeration.
• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment for proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine best corrective actions.
• Apply standard procedures to complete tasks and resolve routine issues.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge within the job function and related fields.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE’s RISE values in daily work.
• Impact quality of own work and team output to meet deadlines.
• Work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives.
• Explain complex information clearly to others.
• Note: collective bargaining agreement terms take precedence if applicable.
