Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade School graduate preferred.
• 4-5 years of direct fire alarm industry experience.
• Clear background check required.

Responsibilities

• Service, program, test, and inspect fire alarm systems.
• Ensure equipment is functional and operational.
• Diagnose causes of problems or failures in systems.
• Replace system components such as panels and alarms.
• Provide technical support to customers including remote diagnostics.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Coordinate with Manager/dispatcher to complete work orders.
• Inform dispatcher/manager of service status.
• Perform fire alarm inspections.
• Maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment.
