Job summary

American National Insulation in Sumner, WA is seeking an insulator apprentice to join our safety‑driven team. You will learn to install insulation and related products on diverse job sites, following work orders, manufacturer guidelines and CBAs.

This is a safety‑sensitive role requiring at least 18 years old and a valid driver's license for company travel. Local travel is expected daily; you must lift up to 50 lbs and work at various heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid drivers’ license is required.
• THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION.

Responsibilities

• Install products according to work order, manufacturers, quality and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with product, tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections; safely unload and stage material.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns; perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Travel locally to job sites; adhere to CBAs and project labor agreements.
