The role requires a Mechanical Journeyman License with 12+ years in commercial HVAC, including 5+ years in chillers, plus valid refrigerant and boiler/steam certifications. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Mechanical Journeyman license required.
• Minimum 12+ years in commercial HVAC with at least 5 years in chiller systems.
• Valid driver's license; refrigerant, boiler and steam licenses where applicable.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proven leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a field team of 10–15 technicians with safety at the forefront.
• Coordinate quoting, scheduling, and customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with sales on opportunities and post-work follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate postings and timely service delivery.
