Qualifications

• Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License.
• 12+ years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience. Of those 10+ years, 5 years must be chiller experience.
• Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 field technicians.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure effectiveness.
• Drive customer satisfaction through professional service.
• Develop employees and mentor junior technicians.
• Recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Work closely with Sales on opportunities.
• Manage service scheduling and ensure timely service completion.
• Ensure service quality acceptance and documentation.
• Identify L&M opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Accurate time posting and labor tracking.
