Qualifications

• Must have a mechanical journeyman license and 12+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with at least 5 years specifically in chiller systems.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 10–15 field technicians and coordinate with internal and external customers.
• Must be computer literate and able to develop, quote, schedule, and manage service work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 field technicians and coordinate with Sales on opportunities.
• Oversee safety procedures and ensure service quality.
• Schedule technician hours and manage quotes and time postings.
• Promote customer satisfaction and effective communication.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and ensure timely service completion.
