Job summary

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work under varying conditions on utility vegetation projects. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines and voltages.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action.
• Must have a valid CDL.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conduct field training and retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Promote and uphold safety culture, adhering to policies and OSHA specifications.
• Conduct safety training in accordance with company procedures.
• Discuss access, power interruption, and property considerations with owners; refer complex issues upward.
• Obtain permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintain good customer relations and professional conduct on site.
• May investigate incidents and minor damages and settle claims.
• Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Control crew costs, equipment use, and work methods.
