Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson - Union (CDL Required) to lead daily field operations, coordinate crews, and enforce safety protocols on job sites in collaboration with management. The role includes training, mentoring, and ensuring efficient, compliant performance of line clearance tasks.

The position requires CDL and a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and supervision of union crews in dynamic outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to safely drive an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Upholds safety culture and ensures compliance with OSHA specifications.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• Interacts with property owners to obtain access and resolve issues.
