Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
• 4–5 years in engineering, maintenance, or technical roles.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and building systems troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with BMS/BAS and facility controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and control systems.
• Respond to equipment failures and facility emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Support building automation and verify system performance.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours responses.
• Follow CBRE safety policies and union requirements.
