CBRE Union Engineer in Grand Rapids, MI supports the maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of critical building systems at a commercial facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, HVAC support and building systems oversight to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The role works daytime hours with on-call rotation and offers competitive union wages and strong benefits within CBRE's Engineering & Technical Services team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5 years of engineering or maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems.
• Experience with BMS/BAS preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and building controls.
• Respond to equipment failures and facility emergencies.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for projects.
