Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Current IBEW member or willingness to become a union member with company support.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Ability to lead crews, work areas, or projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, installation methods, troubleshooting, and material management.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities in the field while promoting safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
• Plan and coordinate installation activities, including work sequencing, layout strategy, constructability reviews, and coordination of MOPs as required.
• Supervise and develop field personnel including Journeymen and Apprentices.
• Coordinate daily work activities with other trades.
• Collaborate with project support teams to ensure field installation aligns with project requirements.
• Assist with material planning, procurement, tracking, and organization to support project execution.
• Communicate project needs, manpower requirements, progress updates, and potential challenges to project leadership.
