Job summary

Dubak Electrical in Indiana is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to oversee on-site construction projects and field personnel, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

You will lead up to three apprentices and up to ten journeyman electricians, coordinate wiring, conduit runs, and control equipment, and enforce OSHA and site safety requirements while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Industrial Electrical Foreman with 5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating field personnel.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of construction projects and field personnel to meet budget, time, and quality goals.
• Lead a team of apprentices and journeyman electricians on assigned projects.
• Coordinate installation methods and interpretation of drawings, and advise on routing and equipment choices.
