Job summary

Uihlein Electric is seeking Foremen and General Foremen to lead electrical construction projects with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. Lead field crews, plan work sequences, review drawings, and ensure installations meet NEC standards and project timelines.

The role requires proven leadership, clear communication, and hands-on supervision of Journeymen and Apprentices on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Current IBEW member or willingness to become one with company support.
• Experience leading Journeymen or Foremen on electrical projects.
• Ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installation activities, sequencing, and MOPs.
• Supervise Journeymen and Apprentices in field operations.
• Coordinate daily work with other trades and project teams.
• Review drawings, specs, changes, and as-builts for accurate installation.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting of progress and issues.
