Job summary
Brayman Construction Corporation in the Pittsburgh area is seeking experienced Union Drill Rig Operators to join our foundation construction team. The position involves operating large diameter drilling equipment on complex projects and delivering high-quality results with a strong safety focus.
The role requires working outdoors on active sites with potential travel across PA/WV/OH/MD/DC/VA, and offers union benefits, overtime, per diem, and competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating large diameter drilling operations.
- Ability to work safely on heavy civil construction environments.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments in the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate large diameter drilling equipment on foundation construction projects.
- Perform drilling operations in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Work closely with field crews to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Maintain daily records of work performed and installed.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
