Job summary

Brayman Construction is seeking a full-time Superintendent to lead Deep Foundations and Geotechnical work on a large, multi-year Ohio River Tunnel project. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-site leadership to meet project goals.

You will supervise field staff and subcontractors, develop work plans, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with plans and permits. A strong background in deep foundation construction and OSHA 30 is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Deep Foundation and Geotechnical construction projects, preferably structure related.
• Experience with Secant Pile walls and shafts preferred.
• Experience with contracts, specifications, reports and records is required.
• Experience with hiring, supervising, and assisting in training of union trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supervises field staff, craftworkers, and subcontractors.
• Prepares work schedules and assignments.
• Communicates and enforces safety procedures.
