Job summary

IHC Construction Companies, LLC in Bloomington, IL is seeking an EXPERIENCED UNION CONCRETE CARPENTER FOREMAN to lead field operations on Waste Water Treatment Plant projects. You will oversee crews, ensure safety and schedule adherence, and coordinate with clients and project managers.

Candidates should have foreman experience (5 years preferred), strong leadership, excellent knowledge of drawings and specs, and a solid track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• prior experience as a Foreman (5 years preferred)
• wastewater treatment plant and transportation experience a plus
• good communication, organizational and leadership skills
• excellent knowledge of project drawings and specifications
• familiarity with regulatory construction standards
• the ability to lead craft labor and subcontractors to effectively complete projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities
