Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America in SeaTac, WA is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain clean offices, commercial spaces, and institutional facilities. You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and supervisors to keep areas orderly and compliant with safety standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for vehicle-related duties and adherence to PPE and safety rules. Hours are Mon–Fri plus weekends, 11:00 am–9:30 pm, with pay of $23 per hour.

Hourly Wage

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 per hour - $23.00 per hour. Benefits are provided in accordance with the location’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.

This role requires a valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, as operating a company vehicle is an essential responsibility in this position.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 11:00 am - 9:30 pm.

Key Purpose

Janitors keep assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, in a clean and orderly condition. You will work successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization. You are expected to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written; and explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills.
