Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a reliable janitor for a full-time overnight shift in Los Angeles. You will maintain cleanliness of offices, industrial spaces, and common areas, following safety rules and procedures.

No prior cleaning experience is required; you must be a team player with strong customer service and communication. Responsibilities include vacuuming, edging, dusting, restroom and breakroom cleaning, window cleaning, and waste disposal.

Hourly Wage

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour - $19.00 per hour.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am.

Key Purpose

Janitors keep assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, in clean and orderly condition. You will work successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization. You are expected to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written; and explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills.
