Job summary

The Cooper is seeking a Uniforms Manager to own the complete uniform program across the property, including issuance, sizing, fitting, replacement, and colleague returns. You will establish presentation standards and maintain a robust inventory system with forecasted needs.

You will oversee tailoring and garment care, lead uniform attendants and tailoring staff, coordinate with Laundry/Valet, and standardize processes across BHC properties for consistent appearance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of experience in managing a uniform or wardrobe program.
• Skilled in tailoring, garment alterations, and fitting to a luxury standard.
• Experience with garment inventory systems, par levels, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end uniform program issuance, sizing, fitting, and returns.
• Oversee tailoring, alterations, repairs, and garment care coordination.
• Maintain real-time uniform inventory by department and size.
• Lead Uniform Attendants and tailoring staff, scheduling and coaching.
• Coordinate with Laundry and Valet on cleaning and care standards.
