Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is seeking a Uniform Inventory Coordinator to manage receiving and issuing of all uniforms, ensuring associates always look their best. The role requires following established policies, accurate record keeping, and coordination with dry cleaning vendors.

The ideal candidate will have English proficiency, strong organizational skills, and experience with sewing or uniform maintenance. Physical tasks include lifting up to 100 lbs and working with textile equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, write, read and communicate in English.
• Experience in inventory or uniform control is a plus.
• Willingness to handle lifting up to 100 lbs and work with sewing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with and follow policies and procedures of Grand Geneva Resort & Spa.
• Send/receive associate uniforms and guest dry cleaning with accurate record keeping.
• Track and reconcile dry cleaning vendor charges and invoices.
• Issue uniforms to staff and maintain a tidy uniform room.
• Perform quarterly uniform inventory counts and housekeeping related tasks.
• Mend, press and steam uniforms as needed.
