Job summary

The Uniforms Manager at Beemok Hospitality Holdings oversees the complete uniform program for the property and scalable support across the portfolio. This role manages issuance, sizing, fitting, inventory, repairs, and policy standards, ensuring every colleague presents a consistent, high-quality appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of experience managing a uniform or wardrobe program in a luxury setting.
• Skilled in tailoring, garment alterations, and fitting to a professional standard.
• Experience managing garment inventory systems, par levels, and procurement at scale.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics and care techniques for hospitality uniforms.
• Proficiency with sewing machines, pressing equipment, and tailoring tools.
• Supervisory experience and ability to manage a team across departments.
• Budget management experience and cost control.
• Excellent communication with department heads, vendors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end uniform program: issuance, sizing, fitting, replacement, and returns.
• Establish uniform standards across departments and maintain inventory system.
• Coordinate with department heads on uniform requirements for hires and seasonal staff.
• Manage uniform vendor relationships: sourcing, pricing, ordering, quality, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain uniform SOPs and accountability standards.
• Provide scalable uniform program support to other BHC properties.
