Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience coordinating HR tasks and staff development.
• Strong guest-service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all employees and daily functions while enforcing policies.
• Assist in HR responsibilities including hiring, training, and succession planning.
• Manage uniforms inventory, orders, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with departments on uniform replacements and new programs.
• Input information into Invotech, run reports, and schedule maintenance.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile laundry/dry-clean counts.
