Job summary

MGM Resorts Detroit is seeking a Uniform Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team in our busy environment. You will manage employee performance, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate inventory of uniforms and supplies.

The role requires strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of supervisory experience. Second shift, weekends, and holidays availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise, lead, and motivate employees while promoting a positive work environment.
• Experience managing inventory tracking systems, processing requisitions, and maintaining records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with employees, management, and vendors.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervise employee performance while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain open communication with Uniform Management by relaying concerns and issues to support efficient operations.
• Manage inventory by ordering supplies, preparing requisitions, and allocating expenses to departments.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and follow up with vendors on past-due orders.
