Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring for winter 2026/27 for seasonal positions including cooks, drivers, instructors, and more. Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with full-time hours available and housing offered.

This role supports employee services, uniform operations, and guest-facing experiences, with benefits like ski passes, discounts, and training opportunities through Epic Service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enjoy working with people.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Proficient in intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, inventory software).

Responsibilities

• Accurately receives uniforms from the vendor and entry into several applications.
• Assigns uniforms to employees.
• Examine each piece for damage before issuing/assigning to an employee.
• Coordinates with laundry vendor to maintain the cleanliness of uniforms.
• Ensures inventory levels are at acceptable levels within the uniform room.
• Receives uniforms from employees at the end of the season and coordinates packaging for shipment to laundry vendor.
• Works within the inventory management system (software).
• Provide a high level of guest service to our employees to make for an enjoyable experience.
