Located in the heart of downtown Houston, this beautiful 1,207-room hotel is connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center via skywalk and adjacent to Discovery Green Park and Toyota Center — home of the NBA's Houston Rockets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and distributing clean, pressed uniforms for team members in the hotel. Additionally, you will support laundry operations and provide sewing and similar services to support delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Shift: Able to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Uniform Room Attendant, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing clean, pressed uniforms for team members, supporting the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and profitability. Your specific tasks include:

• Receive, record, store, and distribute uniforms
• Wash and iron uniforms and guest clothing as needed
• Arrange dry cleaning and laundry processing
• Provide laundry, pressing, sewing, and related services to guests
• Press shower curtains and banquet table skirting
• Deliver guest requests for towels and miscellaneous items
• Maintain linen room and uniform store
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation

Minimum qualifications and experience include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred capabilities and distinctions include:

• Seamstress/tailor experience
• Hospitality experience
