Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, seeks a Uniform Inventory Coordinator to manage receiving and issuing uniforms, track inventory, and maintain the uniform room. You will support associates with clean, well-stocked attire and uphold brand standards.

The role requires English proficiency, organizational skills, and the ability to work with a computer system to track inventory. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, with lifting up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, write, read and communicate in English.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use a computer to track uniform inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Seamstress skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving and issuing uniforms; keep records.
• Track inventory and coordinate with dry cleaning vendor.
• Maintain uniform room and ensure proper par levels.
• Mend, press and steam uniforms as needed.
• Ensure uniforms meet standards and are issued to staff.
• Perform quarterly uniform inventory counts.
• Coordinate with department managers for orders.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
