Job summary

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe is hiring a Wardrobe Assistant to help team members obtain properly fitting uniforms and maintain accurate garment inventories.

Day shifts in the United States, with a starting wage of $17.65 per hour and potential above based on experience. Responsibilities include processing transactions, scheduling fittings, and maintaining confidential records within the wardrobe department.

Qualifications

• Previous service experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a supportive team environment.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
• Must follow health and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service within the wardrobe department.
• Maintains and upholds the Spirit of Talìcn and ilani Core Values.
• Processes uniform assignments for team members.
• Counts, sorts, and prepares garments for shipment, inventory, or storage.
• Responds to questions about wardrobe services from team members and department heads.
• Schedules fittings and records sizing information in the software.
• Issues and replaces uniforms for new employees as needed.
• Maintains documents on uniforms distributed and inventory levels.
• Manages employee store transactions and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
