Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service across guests and team members.
• Maintains a positive culture aligned with ilani’s core values.
• Processes uniform allocation transactions for team members.
• Completes garment distribution records and prepares items for shipment or storage.
• Responds to team and department questions on wardrobe services.
• Schedules team member fittings and records sizing in the software.
• Issues uniforms and replaces worn items.
• Keeps accurate inventory documents for uniforms distributed and received.
• Manages inventory and staff store sales within wardrobe area.
• Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
