Job summary

ilani is seeking a Wardrobe Assistant to help team members obtain properly fitting uniforms and to maintain accurate inventory of garments and supplies.

The role includes processing uniform transactions, recording sizing in the software, issuing uniforms, and keeping detailed distribution documents. Day shifts with the possibility of higher experience-based placement within the pay range.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• Willingness to work in a smoking environment and follow safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with obtaining properly fitting uniforms for team members.
• Maintain accurate physical inventory of garments and supplies.
• Process team member transactions for uniform assignment.
• Record sizing information in the software system.
• Issue uniforms to new employees and replace worn items.
• Prepare garments for shipment, inventory, or storage.
• Maintain confidential records and inventory accuracy.
• Operate the employee store within wardrobe department as needed.
