Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking a reliable Uniform Attendant to manage the end-to-end uniform lifecycle for our team members. You will issue, track, label, and coordinate laundering, plus perform light repairs and ordering of replacements.

You will work with Housekeeping and HR to maintain standards, ensure cleanliness, and support onboarding. The role requires strong organization, English communication, and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and InvoTech preferred.
• Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment.
• English communication skills required (verbal and written).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, and track team member uniforms using logs; label and assign by department and role.
• Inspect uniforms for cleanliness, damage, and wear; route for laundering or repairs.
• Perform basic mending and coordinate with Laundry or outside vendors for alterations.
• Maintain organized stockrooms/lockers; conduct inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Prepare uniform kits for new hires; process returns for separations and role changes.
• Monitor par levels; place orders for replacements and accessories per brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and PPE protocols in the uniform room and laundry areas.
• Provide friendly, efficient service for exchanges, sizing, and special requests; escalate issues to leadership.
