Salesforce is seeking a Critical Incident Center, Manager to lead the response to the company’s most critical incidents. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage incident bridges, and ensure customers are informed and protected throughout the event.

You will partner with senior leadership across Security, Engineering, Support, Communications, Legal, and PR to align decisions, provide clear updates, and drive decisive action under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years leading critical incident response or high-severity operational events.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams and maintain situational awareness.

• Lead critical incident response by coordinating incident bridges across teams.
• Drive customer focus with timely, meaningful updates during incidents.
• Coordinate executive communications with leadership and PR teams.
• Partner with Security to coordinate response during security incidents.

• Engage with senior and C-level executives to provide clarity and drive decisions.
• Lead strategic initiatives and ad hoc engagements to resolve business issues.
