Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day mobile device management support to departments and end users.
• Places orders for mobile devices as needed.
• Creates/modifies Mobile Device Management policies and configurations based on application requirements.
• Configures new or replacement devices.
• Supports Microsoft Teams platform and related MS 365 tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
