Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Unified Communications Analyst to own day-to-day administration of our VoIP and digital communications platforms built on Zoom Phone and Zoom Workplace Business Plus. You will ensure all lines, queues, and users function smoothly while delivering clear telephony data and actionable insights to department leads and executives.

You will monitor usage, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with Training, Analytics, and vendor partners to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Unified Communications, Telephony, or VoIP administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CIS, or Network Engineering preferred.
• Experience with Zoom Phone and Zoom Workplace and telephony reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for VoIP, telephony, and digital communications.
• Administer and maintain Zoom Phone and Zoom Workplace Business Plus, including queues, IVR, routing, hours, numbers, devices, and call recording policies.
• Manage full user lifecycle: create, update, MACDs per onboarding and access policies.
• Monitor usage, ensure data accuracy, identify and resolve call quality issues.
• Build and distribute recurring and ad hoc reporting on phone usage and trends.
• Partner with Training to create job aids and process documents for front-end employees.
• Coordinate with implementation and support partners; manage escalations and vendor communications.
• Ensure HIPAA/HITRUST alignment and evidence for HITRUST certification.
