Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in underwriting, including multi-line or specialty insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business within delegated authority.
• Manage underwriting workflow through full lifecycle and documentation.
• Monitor production metrics to support portfolio quality and predictability.
• Review and resolve underwriting issues to maintain risk accuracy.
• Collaborate with producers, agents, and internal teams for timely decisions.
• Provide leadership and coordination across underwriting teams.
