Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business, determining terms and conditions.
• Manage underwriting workflow, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Monitor production metrics to support portfolio quality.
• Collaborate with producers and agents to ensure timely communication.
• Mentor and support less experienced underwriters.
