Responsibilities

• Support New Business with risk analysis within authority and reconcile binds.
• Support renewals with pre-underwriting review, quoting, and data collection.
• Handle broker of record tasks and endorsement pre-screening.
• Review cancellations and reinstatements as directed.
• Review recommendations and manage special projects as needed.
• Own assigned tasks and ensure service standards.
• Provide agency support by answering questions and directing to correct contact.
