MSIG USA is seeking a skilled underwriting support professional to assist with data collection, input, and analysis for new and renewal accounts. You will help prepare quotes, binders, and endorsements under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines.

The role emphasizes client and broker interaction, data integrity, and collaboration with underwriters to deliver timely, accurate results. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree with emphasis on insurance, business or accounting preferred.
• 3+ years insurance or reinsurance experience in underwriting support, underwriting, or accounting.
• Experience with rating and pricing models for all lines of business.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect and reconcile new and renewal submission information for underwriter review.
• Input financial and statistical data into systems for quotes and endorsements.
• Prepare quotes and binders for new and renewal accounts.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to underwriters, brokers, and clients.
• Assist in broker visits and risk assessments as needed.
