Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking an underwriting support professional to assist with property coverage underwriting. Under minimal supervision you will collect data, prepare policy files, input data into systems, and help produce quotes and binders for new and renewal accounts.

You will coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and risk engineers, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with underwriting guidelines while contributing to process improvements and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in insurance, business or accounting.
• 3+ years in insurance or reinsurance with analytic underwriting support.
• Knowledge of rating and pricing models across lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Collect and reconcile new and renewal submission information for underwriter review.
• Input financial and statistical data into systems for quotes and binders.
• Produce quotes and binders for new and renewal accounts with minimal supervision.
• Review accounts for reinsurance placement and manage data input.
• Provide reports and analysis to Underwriters to support underwriting decisions.
