Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking an organized Administrator to support underwriting staff with data collection, file organization, and customer service for new and renewal accounts. You will input data into Tinubu, prepare worksheets, and help ensure efficient underwriting processes.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree with Bachelor’s preferred, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with brokers and internal teams. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Administrative and data-entry experience is valued.
• Experience in underwriting or insurance operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data into Tinubu for portfolio management and underwriting decisions.
• Prepares and organizes account files, worksheets, and documentation.
• Maintains account databases outside Tinubu with up-to-date information.
• Provides timely professional service to underwriters, brokers, and operations staff.
• Reviews new/renewal submissions and follows up for missing underwriting data.
