Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Workers’ Compensation underwriting role.
Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), AINS, CIC, CPCU or similar preferred.
Advanced knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, including NCCI and Idaho Code.
Responsibilities
Oversee the underwriting of workers’ compensation insurance policy contracts.
Engage agents to represent SIF and lead discussions about needs and opportunities.
Achieve production and profitability goals for assigned team's book of business.
Ensure compliance with laws and administrative rules.
