Role Overview

What You’ll Bring

• Rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills with a high level of comfort working with numbers.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Interest in pursuing a career in underwriting and the insurance industry.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Previous coursework or internship experience related to finance, insurance, risk management, or data analysis.
• Experience working collaboratively on team‑based projects.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning.

To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment‑based immigration sponsorship for this program. Pay Transparency

Salary range: 21/ hour

Overtime eligible: Nonexempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
