What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct quality audits of financial documentation in customer contracts to ensure adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Analyze underwriting data to identify trends and develop actionable solutions for continuous improvement
- Design and maintain data-driven KPIs and quality scorecards for monitoring underwriting performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Present quality insights and recommendations to senior leadership with data-supported findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong time management skills with accountability for multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
- Effective communication skills for both formal and informal interactions at all organizational levels
- Attention to detail with experience in accurate data entry and task completion
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of audit or underwriting experience, including quality assurance or leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements
- Lean Six Sigma or similar quality/process improvement certification
- 1+ year of experience using Salesforce
- Background in the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry
